We STRONGLY advise contacting us if you have special shipping requirements. All inquiries will be answered promptly.

IMPORTANT: Please be assured that every available effort and company resources are made to ship your order in a timely fashion. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to prevent any unnecessary delays. It is our policy to ensure customer's satisfaction.

Domestic Customers – Customers ordering within the US should specify if ordering expedited services. Express Saver, 2 day, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight.

Check / Money Order - We accept checks and money orders drawn in US currency and issued by US banks. Ships after 10 business days.

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of order via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will be processed within 1-3 following business days.

PayPal - Pay with your bank account, credit card or balance without sharing your financial information. PayPal orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of order via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will be processed within 1-3 following business days.

International Customers - Customers ordering from outside the US must contact us for shipping rates except Canada and Puerto Rico. Custom Fees, Duties and Taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.



IMPORTANT NOTE - FedEx Expedited shipments: Express Saver, 2 day, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight orders MUST be placed prior to 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time (3:00PM EST) to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, will ship the following business day.

NOTE: FedEx does NOT guarantee ground transit times. All times displayed above are an approximation only! We do NOT ship to APO, FPO, PO BOX addresses.

FedEx Ground:
Delivery time: 1-5 business days (3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii).
Available to every business address for packages up to 150 lbs.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery:
Deliver time: 1-5 business days (3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii).
Available to every residential address for packages up to 70 lbs.

FedEx Express Saver:
Delivery time: 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii. (by 7 p.m. to residences)
Available for Packages up to 150 lbs.

FedEx 2 day:
Delivery time: 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
Available throughout all 50 states.
For packages up to 150lbs (119 inches in length, 165 inches in length and girth).

FedEx Standard Overnight:
Delivery time: next business day by 3 p.m. to most areas (by 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas).
Available throughout all states (except certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii).
For packages up to 150 lbs (119 inches in length, 165 inches in length & girth).

FedEx Priority Overnight:
Delivery time: next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most areas (by 4:30 or 5 p.m. to some rural areas)
Available throughout all states. (2 business days for certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii).
